Following the appointments of Maria-Pia Hope as Group CEO and Helene Willberg as Chair, AGRD Partners strengthens its new Board of Directors with the appointment of David Patient and Björn Larsson.
The new board line-up is set to drive execution and growth for AGRD Partners, the next-generation business law group launched in August and backed by leading Nordic private equity firm Axcel.
David Patient is the former Managing Partner of Travers Smith, a leading London law firm. He brings over three decades of experience and leadership in business law and currently serves as Co-Vice Chair of the IBA Law Firm Management Committee and as a board member of the City of London Law Society.

Helene Willberg, Chair of the Board at AGRD Partners, is also Chair of Accru Partners and was formerly CEO of KPMG Sweden and a member of KPMG’s International Board. Willberg says:

Björn Larsson serves on the board as a lead partner for Axcel, bringing extensive experience in developing and scaling professional services groups.
