The categories of personal data processed are your name, email address, company name, and position. The processing is based on our legitimate interest to share and market our business. Mergers and Acquisitions

If you are employed or otherwise associated with a potential member firm of AGRD, AGRD may process limited personal data about you (such as information included in your employment agreement, provided by your employer) in connection with corporate acquisitions, mergers, and due diligence processes. The categories of personal data processed will vary from case to case, but may include your name, email address, contact details, identification information, employment history, terms, role, compensation details, contractual information, as well as any other data reasonably necessary for the due diligence process. If you are reporting a misconduct, AGRD will process your personal data to document, follow up on, and to decide on whether a breach has been committed. Based on the contents of your report, the categories of personal data processed may include your name, email address, the company you work at, and any other personal data provided by you. The processing is based on AGRD’s legitimate interest of ensuring a high level of ethical business practice and to ensure compliance with our Code of Professional Conduct. Personal data processed in connection with the independent Ethics Committee matters will be retained for as long as necessary to complete the investigation, and following any statutory limitations.
